Hi, I’m Krishna Mansukhani, an online coach for the past 8 years with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and a Minor in Psychology from Rowan University. My journey began at 14 when I weighed 185 lbs, felt unhappy with myself, and decided to change my life through better eating habits and fitness. I taught myself through apps, videos, and research, eventually transforming my body and mindset. As people started asking for help, I began coaching for free until I realized the impact I was making and turned it into a full-time career, even leaving my job in 2016. Now, I dedicate myself to helping others achieve their goals through smart training, personalized nutrition, and mindset shifts. I’m here to guide you every step of the way toward building a healthier, happier life.

FAQs
Q: I am a beginner and I have no idea how to lose weight. Is the program right for me?
A:ABSOLUTELY! Every program that I designed is for ALL experience levels. My goal is to help YOU become 100% self sufficient in and out of the gym! Make you feel good about everything health and fitness.
Q: Do you coach both men AND women?
A: Absolutely! I work with both men and women to help them reach their goals.
Q: I've dieted myself before but I dropped my calories & crashed my metabolism way too fast. Will you help me avoid these issues?
A: Yes. My approach to dieting is eat WAY MORE than you think you should be eating. You can be surprised at how much you can eat and still lose weight at the same time!
Q: I have NO IDEA how to track macros . Will you teach me?
A: The goal for this process is to learn as you go. You will only get better with practice. Learn that "fitness is meant to improve your life, not imprison it!"
Q: If I have random questions throughout the day, how can I reach you?
A: You will have 24/7 email support access to us and my phone number to contact me.
Q: I want to lose fat but still maintain my muscle. Is that possible?
A: With the CORRECT approach, yes it is ABSOLUTELY possible. You can even possibly get stronger during the entire process as well! Which I have seen happen many times.
Q: Will I feel food deprived?
A: With the "flexible dieting" approach, you can choose to structure your foods any way you want. This means no more cutting out your favorite foods!
Q: What happens when I am done cutting?
A: We explore an option of "reverse dieting" which is a transitional period of time to increase your calories while maintaining your amazing physique that you worked for! You worked hard getting there so now we work hard maintaining it.

Just wanted to give thanks to Krishna for everything he has taught me while coaching me. His programs always pushed me and helped me achieve my fitness goals. I started out doing an at home program because I didn’t have access to a gym at first but with Krishna that wasn’t an issue. While at home he taught me how to properly do the movements with what I had available so when I went to the later in the program I was ready and I knew how to do everything and I loved how he made the adjustments needed from home to gym right away. I did the one on one coaching for 16 weeks with Krishna and I loved it! He made me push myself in way I didn’t know was possible. Before starting with him I was lifting, but it was not nearly as productive as it was in these 16 weeks with him. I saw more progress in 16 weeks with him than I did in months of lifting without a trainer. I now feel so confident in the gym and I have a way better understanding on what to do and how heavy I really can lift. If you are like me who is a busy office guy and does not have time for the gym. Just stop looking for a coach and hire this man. He literally sat down with me when we were designing the program and asked me how my work week is and what are the hours I have to myself.
